Terms of Service
By registering with Gigmax.com LLC, you state that you have read and agree to the following guidelines.
All files (includes images, audio, and video) stored within your Gigmax account belong to you and are your responsibility. Gigmax.com LLC does not own or take responsibility for any files stored in your Gigmax.
Failure to adhere to Gigmax's Terms of Service and Guidelines will result in the termination of your account(s) without any prior notice. All files stored in your account at the time of termination will be lost.
User Terms
General
- 1.1 All files stored in your Gigmax are the sole property of you, the account holder, and may be accessed and/or removed at any time, at your discretion. Gigmax is a service for you to store, access, and sync your data, but the files remain solely yours. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
- 1.2 Gigmax employees will never access files stored in your account (except for public files, see point 1.6 below) unless requested by you, the account holder, or in atypical circumstances identified in our Privacy Policy. Gigmax reserves the right to remove files if you violate the Terms of Service.
- 1.3 You may not store any offensive or inappropriate files in your Gigmax. This includes files that contain nudity.
- 1.4 You may use your Gigmax solely to store, access, and transfer files.
- 1.5 All synced, emailed, and shared files must be in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998.
- 1.6 All public files are visible to anyone, whether or not they are a registered Gigmax member.
- 1.7 When using the "Email File" or "Share" features, you, as the sender, must own full rights to the file(s).
- 1.8 Gigmax.com LLC is not responsible for any actions beyond its control that may result in a loss of data or use. This includes natural disasters, third parties circumstances, and misuse of Gigmax services.
Account Security
- 1.9 You, as the user, are responsible for keeping confidential the password for your Gigmax account.
- 1.10 You are responsible for any/all activity that occurs in your Gigmax account.
- 1.11 If you feel your account security has been compromised, please contact Gigmax immediately.

Pricing Terms
Free Accounts
General
- 2.1 Free accounts offer up to 4 GB (4096 MB) of storage. By signing up for a Gigmax account, you are eligible for 4 GB of storage.
- 2.2 Users with basic accounts may upgrade at any time to a paid account (see below for more information) by clicking the Upgrade link after you login.
Paid Accounts
General
- 3.1 As a Gigmax user, you are given the option to upgrade your account(s) to allow for more storage space. Currently, we offer tiered storage plans - 25 GB, 50 GB, 150 GB, and 500GB. Prices vary according to the storage plan. For more details, see here.
- 3.2 Payment on an account may be made through one of the following methods: credit card, PayPal, or Google Checkout. You may select your desired billing plan: monthly or yearly. The billing cycle initiates on the date of registration and repeats on that same date monthly/yearly.
- 3.3 If you fail to make a scheduled account payment, you will immediately be notified to pay the bill. If you do not pay the bill within seven days of your due date, Gigmax reserves the right to terminate your account.
Canceling Your Account
- 3.4 As a user, you may cancel your paid account at any time. Unless Gigmax terminates your account due to a violation of the Terms of Service, automatic payments on an account will continue to be made until you cancel your account.
- 3.5 Due to the nature of our service, refunds or returns will not be made for any amount. For example: If you prepay for a year-long account and then decide to cancel the account, no refund will be granted.
- 3.6 If you choose to cancel your account, future payments will be suspended immediately. Note: You cannot cancel if you continue to keep more than 4GB of data in your account. To cancel with over 4GB of data in your account, you must either reduce the level of storage to less than 4GB of data or deactivate your account altogether.
