Pricing Terms
Free Accounts
  • General
    • Free accounts may have up to 2 GB (2048 MB) of storage.
    • Users with free accounts may upgrade at any time to a paid account (see below) by going through our Account section after logging in.

Paid Accounts
  • General
    • Gigmax users are given the option to upgrade their accounts to more storage space. Right now, we offer three different storage plans - 25 GB, 50 GB, and 150 GB. The current pricing plans for each are listed on the sign up page.
    • The only method of payment is with a credit card. Upon signing up for a paid account, users have the option to select their desired billing plan. Users can choose to be billed monthly or yearly. The billing cycle is from the date of registration. So, if a user signs up on January 14th and selects the monthly billing plan, they will be automatically rebilled on February 14th of the same year.
    • If a scheduled payment fails, the user will immediately be notified. If the issue is not resolved within seven days, Gigmax has the right to terminate the account.
  • Canceling Your Account
    • Users may cancel their paid accounts at any time. To do so, see our Account section after logging in.
    • Until the user cancels or Gigmax terminates the account for some reason mentioned in the Terms of Service, automatic payments will continue be made.
    • Due to the nature of the business, refunds or returns will NOT be made for any amount. For example, if a user prepays for a year, then decides to cancel, no refund will be granted.
    • As soon as a user decides to cancel their account, no more future payments will be made.
