By participating in the Nintendo Wii Bundle contest, you are agreeing to the following guidelines.
Failure to adhere to them will result in immediate disqualification.
General
- The contest will run from April 25, 2008 until May 12, 2008 at 11:59 PM.
- The winner, which will be the user with the most referral points, will receive the Nintendo Wii bundle, as described.
- Each user you refer to Gigmax will earn you one point.
- New users, who have been referred to Gigmax, will earn one point upon activation of his/her account.
Referrals
- All referrals must be legitimate, real users.
- In order for a referral to count, the new user must activate his/her account by verifying his/her email address. When new users sign up, they will be immediately sent a confirmation email before they can begin using their account.
- A referral who has not yet activated his/her account will appear in your Pending Referrals list (which can be accessed at the top of your My Gigmax section).
- We do not support any means of spam in order to obtain referrals. Possible ways to get referrals include:
- Instant messaging or emailing your referral link to your friends.
- Posting on blogs or writing articles about Gigmax that include your referral link.
- Telling your friends via word of mouth about Gigmax. However, for this method, make sure to also have your friends enter your username when they register, so you get credit for the referral, and so they can get their first referral point (see point 4 above under General for more info regarding this).
- If cheating in any way is suspected, we will immediately contact you. If we find proof of illegitimate users, immediate disqualifiaction will take place.
